Spa Therapist (Full & Part Time)
An exciting opportunity for a full & part time Spa Therapist has arisen at Donegal’s most talked about luxury spa. If you are a talented professional, passionate about creating extraordinary experiences then the Shandon Hotel & Spa could be perfect for you.
You must be fully flexible to work varying shifts including weekends.
As a Spa Therapist you will be responsible for-
Providing a range of five star luxury spa treatments for members, hotel guests and visitors.
Enhancing a guest’s experience simultaneously ensuring the service is prompt and professional.
You will be required to ensure that all guest expectations are met during the spa experience and providing amazing hospitality to our guests.
Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure yet remain professional
As a key member of the spa team the therapist will coordinate the delivery of spa services including spa, skin care and massage. Whilst also assisting when required with spa reservations and locker room duties.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar quality, five star high volume environment
Demonstrate skills in spa operations
Good communication skills
Good time management and organisational skills
Qualified to level 3
Spa Manager

We are currently seeking a dynamic Spa Manager. Reporting to the General Manager, this role provides overall responsibility for the management of the Shandon Spa.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Fully qualified in Facial & Body Treatments. (Holistic training desirable also)
- Flexible regarding working hours.
- An enthusiastic & welcoming personality.
- High standards of hygiene and cleanliness required.
- A track record in offering a high standard of customer service.
- Good Team Motivator.
- Target Driven to reach revenue & service goals.
- Passionate about spa life, trends and innovation
- Can work well under pressure
- Has experience of Phorest software (desirable)
- Has sound market knowledge & spa revenue management
The successful candidate will be both ambitious and tenacious and have a proven record in a similar role within the luxury sales hospitality market. Key to your success is the ability to think both strategically and analytically, leading the spa and the wider business to deliver the commercial strategy for the resort.
Food & Beverage Service Staff (Full Time, Part Time & Seasonal)
Responsibilities will include:
- To greet guests in a warm, friendly manner
- To ensure the work stations are correctly set up ready for service
- To inspect service area prior to beginning service to ensure all the necessary tools are to hand that the area is neat, clean and tidy
- To promote and sell the resorts facilities at all times
- To ensure that any lost items are declared and recorded in line with hotel policy
- To serve customers professionally, promptly and with warmth
- To upsell the various food, beverages and other facilities in the hotel
- To report any maintenance issues immediately
- To adhere to all Company policies including Customer Care, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Cash Handling etc
- Effective communication with other employees to ensure the day to day business runs smoothly
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Must have previous experience in a similar role in a hotel
- Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service
- Must be a team player with the ability to multi task
- Must be standards driven and detail orientated, with the desire to progress within the hospitality industry
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Communicate fluently in English (written & oral).
- You must have the ability to walk and stand during your entire shift.
Experienced Bar Tender
Responsibilities will include:

- Cocktail & Barista experience necessary

- To serve customers professionally, promptly and with warmth
